Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO) Module 2-3 Practice Test

Filing a civil lawsuit is not the primary or appropriate route to overturn a PEB decision through the military process; it may be possible in some separate civilian legal contexts, but it does not replace the administrative reconsideration or appeal avenues. Waiting years without action forfeits the opportunity to have the decision reviewed within the established timelines. Requesting a transfer to a different branch does not affect the outcome of a PEB decision and is not a mechanism to reconsider or appeal the finding.
